The Bramble was created in London, in 1984 by Dick Bradsell – inspired by memories of blackberrying with his family on summer holidays.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A short glass​

A handful of crushed ice

WHAT TO DO

Fill your glass with crushed ice.

You can crush ice by putting a handful of cubes into a freezer bag and hitting it with a rolling pin!

Pour half of your pre-made cocktail mixture into your glass over the ice.

Pour half of the Chambord over the top of your drink, watch it 'bleed' through the crushed ice as it sinks to the bottom.

Add the lemon and raspberry garnish.
